Note: We cannot ship to some remote areas (particularly in Asia).
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 2pm GMT on business days are processed same-day. Friday orders ship Monday morning. You’ll receive tracking details when your parcel leaves our London warehouse.
Why does delivery require a signature?
We require signatures to ensure your carefully packaged fashion items are received securely. If you’ll be unavailable, consider shipping to your workplace or arranging with neighbours.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. To return:

  3. Return via your preferred carrier (return shipping not included)
Exceptions: Final sale items and swimwear (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
